I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic and the views from the room were stunning. The amenities, especially the pool, were great for relaxation. However, the construction noise was constant, which detracted from the luxury experience. Additionally, the service at check-in was disappointing and could use improvement.

Overall, I wouldn't return, especially considering the membership issues I encountered.

I had a wonderful time at Almar! The ocean views were absolutely stunning, and I loved being able to enjoy the Mantamar Beach Club without any extra fees. However, the construction noise was a downside, but it didn't impact my stay as much as I had feared. The rooms were comfortable, but I did hear the showers could use some updating. Overall, great value for a relaxing getaway in Puerto Vallarta.
